What Makes Us Rock

Mission:

Creating uninterrupted fun and exclusive exploration, one spirit at a time.

Values:

Better together: Let's go! Let's explore together. Let's understand together. Let's share our thoughts, laughs, ideas together. Together we are better.

Sip and savor: We savor the people and place as much as the spirit. In fact, savoring the people and culture allows us to savor the spirit.

Nothing but authentic: We bring our authentic self, intent, and passion to every interaction, relationship, client, supplier, experience.

Elevate each experience: Nothing will stop us from understanding and delivering unforgettable experiences that last a lifetime.

Give Back: We have deep, personal connection to the military men and women who have given their all to create a country that experiences freedom like none other in the world. We intend to provide a portion of our profits to military support organizations. We are still formalizing these relationships and are certainly open to hearing from our Rockers on their referrals for these organizations. If you have a referral or would like to connect with us about this portion of our business, let us know.

Our Lingo

Welcome to the on the rocks travelTM family! As with all families, we have some lingo that helps us understand each other better. You will likely hear us say things like:

Happy Score

Our way of talking about what makes you happy and measuring our ability to achieve the highest happy score. Everything we do at OTRT is designed to achieve the highest possible happy score for each Rocker, every moment. We know, it is a big goal. And, we are really good at making it happen.

Mushroom & Martini Time

Our version of introversion and extraversion.

  • Martini time means the "Rocker" is in for talking, being with others, living it up!
  • Mushroom time means the "Rocker" needs some alone time to re-charge.
  • Please respect the “Rocker” and the mode they desire throughout the adventure. And know that their mode may change at different times of the day or night.

Set Change & Re-load

How we communicate the amount of time Rockers have between portions of their day while on an OTRT adventure:

  • Set change: a 30-minute window by which “Rockers” can switch up their attire, refresh and be ready for the next portion of the day.
  • Re-load: a 60-minute window by which “Rockers” can more comprehensively switch up attire, quick shower, etc. and be ready for the next portion of the day.
